About Coach Sherry

As a full-time coach and trainer, Sherry has coached hundreds of athletes for multisport competition ranging from Sprint distance triathlon to full Ironman distance as well as road races ranging from 5k race distance, marathon and multiple Boston marathon finishers. 

Coach Sherry has well over 25+ years of overall experience in the endurance sports, health and fitness industry. She has been a professional coach for over nineteen years and has more than twenty-five years of competitive endurance sports experience both nationally and internationally. She is a certified USA Triathlon Coach; certified Run Coach of Road Runners of America; USA Track & Field Coach and nationally certified Personal Trainer and Strength Coach for 25+ years.

Her mission is to provide the knowledge, tools and resources an athlete needs to achieve results. She believes that inspiring, guiding and supporting are the most important components of being a successful coach and trainer. Sherry believes that getting to know her athletes is first and foremost in establishing a training program that fits into a busy lifestyle. She is passionate about introducing new people to the sport as well as improving the athletic performance of seasoned athletes. Her enjoyment of the sport comes only second to her wish that every individual she coaches experiences the thrill of reaching their fitness and athletic potential.
