Each plan is customized according to your needs, goals, strengths, limiters and lifestyle. A custom coaching plan takes out the guesswork to make the most productive & efficient use of your limited training time.

MULTISPORT COACHING (Triathlon/Duathlon)

Overview:  

  • Custom individual coaching plan is built into 4 week blocks of training includes daily workouts, all training parameters (heart rate, cadence, pace, power, etc.) designed for your individual goals and races

  • Plan is completely customized to your needs, such as available weekly training hours, ability level and race goals

  • Review athlete history and goals and establish training objectives to meet goals

  • Identify strengths and limiters

  • Identify and rank upcoming races

  • Design an Annual Training Plan (ATP)

  • Design a periodization program for strength training

  • Establish heart rate training zones for cycling and running and pace zones for swimming

  • Learn techniques and strategies for optimal performance

  • Includes Training Peaks Basic Athlete Account

  • Basic nutrition and hydration parameters and guidelines

  • Bi-weekly to daily analysis of training data depending on level of coaching service selected

  • Weekly phone contact & 24/7 email and text support/questions
  • Private coaching session available 1x per 4 wk. training block; additional session(s) for a separate fee

  • Multi-sport Coaching fee per 4 week custom coaching block ranges from $185. to $255. depending on desired level of coaching selected; One-time initial start-up fee $125.00 for new athletes

  • 3 month min. commitment

RUN COACHING

Overview:
